Skynet phased plasma rifle: As seen in multiple films, the T-800 endoskeletons have plasma based energy guns that can kill a armored human in less than two shots. The plasma rifle can also discharge a powerful "plasma grenade" that can push opponents away.

 

Human disguise: Unlike the previous T-400s who had rubber skins, the T-800s are able to be coated in living human tissue. Making it nigh impossible to tell apart.

 

Vocal mimic: To make it a more efficent killer, the T-800 is able to exactly mimic voices which can be useful when tracking targets via telephone.

 

Combat armor: The T-800s are made of a durable alloy designed to repel most forms of damage. The armor is weak against explosives, however.
